Key file not found error when launching GS14g

I have an error message when loading Genie 14g.

Key file not found

If I continue to launch the data is corrupted.

Please help

Most likely you formatted your computer, re-installed Windows or changed computer. At any case your Unique ID must have changed, therefore your key file no longer works.

Please email Eugene with your new Unique ID and he'll be able to send you a new key file, no need to donate again.
