Why is it that when managing International teams the tactics familiarity always drops even after you have maximised it ,it isn't ideal going into a tournament as the team is still becoming familiar with tactic and by the time they do its either tournament over or late stages of tournament ,ideally the team needs to be fully familiar with tactics by the time the group stages start ,also when playing friendlies .
