scouts attributes

Ok apart from the obvious, like judging player ability and potential, what other mental attributes important in a scout. especially when off on a scouting assignment (in and area they know).

Im having troubles with my scouts finding players, even though they have high stats for player ability and potential, but not anything else, and scouting there favoured country.

Make sure your scout places worthwhile not just their favoured countries. i.e search argentina and brazil and france i find are the best places.

See when u bring in scouts there are lot of aspects to see.Not just if he is an brazilian he will find every thing in Brazil.

high valued Determination scouts are hard working they keep on finding players they are efficient.
You may say their workrate is high resulting in better results.

For scouts Determination,Potential ability ,Current ability are the key areas to look for
