Hi guys, this is my first story, please read and I hope you enjoy it.

The Club:

Founded in 1911 they are the oldest club to currently play in the Serbian Premier League. They have had little success in recent years even dropping out of premier league and stayed down for several years. They finished 6th in the league last year their highest position since the 09-10 season. They are nicknamed the romanticari (The Romantics) and play at Omladinski Stadium.

Board Meeting

I walked into the Chairman's office, he sat there with a smug grin on his face and welcomed me with an inviting hand gesture.
The Chairman (Zvezdan): Hello Dejan
Me: Zvezdan, it's good to meet you
Zvezdan: Ok, I think we can get a mid table finish this year, do you agree.
Me: No I think we should aim higher, top half Ok.
Zvezdan: Yes, how about budgets Is a 72k wage budget ok.
Me: yes that sounds fine.
Zvezdan: Ok, you have no philosophies, do you?
Me: No
Zvezdan: Ok that's everything, it's very nice to have you have you Dejan.

I left the room confident of success, striding out into my car before heading home to my flat in the cobbled streets of Old Belgrade.

The squad

Goalkeepers
Ostojic looks like a star prospect for the future and as his ability is not quite ready for the premier division, I will look to loan him out this season and bring another goalkeeper to take his squad place.

Defenders
Predrag Stankovic looks like a weak link in our defence and I will look to sell him in the transfer window, We have Nemanja Antonov who looks to have a lot of potential as well as Nikola Vasiljevic. Danilo Pilica who is wanted by two clubs may be let out on loan.

Midfielders
Sasa Zdjelar looks to have been a good loan signing from Olympiakos and Stojan Pilipovic will provide good experience to the squad. Palocevic is another player with lots of potential as well as Cavric.

Strikers
Igor Ivanovic appears to be a very strong player and Drazic has loads of potential and so does Zarubica.
