A Billy Jones penalty proved the difference in the first fixture of the month when Truro defeated Tamworth 1-0. Truro then travelled to The Racecourse Ground to take on Wrexham where they went down 1-0 in the 63rd minute, only for Cameron Brown to come off the bench and collect a brace in a 3-1 victory.

After the away victory at Wrexham, Truro had three straight fixtures at Treyew Road. In the first game, Stewart Yetton completed a brace in Truro’s 4-2 victory against Stockport. In the second game, Niall Thompson was the difference with his goal in the 27th minute earning Truro a 1-0 victory against Aldershot. In the final home game, Truro drew with Barnet 0-0.

In the last league game of the month, Truro’s 15 match undefeated streak ended at the hands of Macclesfield who came away victorious 2-0. Truro would then have two cup games in a row to end the month, first defeating Ilkeston 1-0 in the FA Cup 2nd Round and then lost 2-0 to Skrill Premier rivals Aldershot in the FA Trophy 1st Round.

Another impressive month for Truro despite having eight fixtures during the month, topped off by the manager winning the Skrill Premier Manager of the Month award for the second time this season.

Truro has increased their lead at the top of the Skrill Premier. They have now equalled their points tally from last season with 21 games still left in the season.
Some great results there, can you tell me please what Aldershot got in the next round of the FA Trophy?

Great to see you are now clear at the top of the table!

After a month which saw Truro play eight fixtures, December saw Truro play only three times allowing the squad a much needed break heading into the new year.

A rare brace from defender Jamie Richards saw Truro defeat Cheltenham 4-3 in a match which saw a change in the lead occur on three different occasions. Truro then defeated Whitehawk 1-0 with Jared Sims hitting an amazing volley in the 28th minute.

In the final match of the month, Truro was defeated for only the fifth time this season with Ryan Brunt’s 81st minute goal seeing Bristol Rovers come away with a 2-1 victory.

With their lead increased to four points at the top of the table, Truro will have to work hard to stay there with the top eight sides all within eight points of first place.

The draw for the FA Cup 4th Round has been announced with Truro City set to face Manchester United at Old Trafford on the 21st of January.

Manchester United are currently 9th in English Premier League and defeated Sky Bet League 2 side Scunthorpe 7-0 in the FA Cup 3rd Round with Shinji Kagawa and Angelo Henriquez both scoring twice.

Truro have defeated Cray, Blyth, Ilkeston & Wealdstone so far in their FA Cup campaign and a trip to Old Trafford will see the Cornwall club's no longer face financial troubles.
