We got off to a flyer against Sutton United in the FA Trophy 1st Round Replay with Stewart Yetton scoring in the first minute, followed by a header from Steve Payne six minutes later. We ended up winning the game comfortably 3-2 in order to move onto the next round. We then proceeded to play Sutton United for the third time in a row finishing with a 2-2 draw.

After a bore draw against Hampton & Richmond we lost to non-league team Margate in the FA Trophy 2nd Round in a terrible performance. Despite being down to 10 men Ladjie Soukouna managed to score late in the game against third placed Ebbsfleet to secure a draw.

Heading into the game against Weston-super-Mare we were missing key defenders Arran Pugh and Jacob Wannell through suspension but still managed a dominant victory. We then suffered a disappointing loss to relegation contenders Eastbourne Borough and conceded a late goal by Raheem Sterling-Parker, drawing with Boreham Wood to finish out the month.

Five points away from the play-off spots and eight points clear of relegation. We currently have the most draws out of any team in the league. If we can turn these into wins, promotion could be a real possibility.
you can finish on a paly-off place mate! keep it up!

We defeated Bromley 3-1 followed by a loss to Dartford by the same margin. During our 2-2 draw with Dover, Stewart Yetton injured his elbow ruling him out until the end of the month. His replacement Liam Head came in against third place Eastleigh and scored a brace in our 4-3 victory.

In our final match of the month we faced forth placed Basingstoke which saw an amazing individual performance from Nick Crittenden who scored four goals for a dominant 5-2 victory.

Seven points away from the play-off spots and fifteen points clear of relegation. We have surely avoided relegation now, reaching the play-offs is not impossible but our chances are looking slim.
keep your head up mate, as we've seen your team may just have a super month and you could be right back in it come March

Through the power of positive thinking from fzemdegs & toonman8589 we put together a great month. We started out with a bore draw against Concord Rangers followed somehow by a 1-0 victory over Welling in a game we were completely outplayed in.

We defeated relegation candidates Tonbridge 4-1 and then put together an amazing performance against first placed Bath dominating the match and winning 3-1. Our final game ended up a 3-1 victory over Staines with Stewart Yetton's brace proving the difference.

The highlight of this month was our defensive efforts which saw us concede only three goals in five games.

Unfortunately despite the great month of results we are no closer to the play-offs, although we now have a game in hand. With ten games left, hopefully we will keep our form going and put pressure on the teams above us.
Not far off, just keep things tight at the back and im sure you will get promoted

With play-offs in our reach, we put together a horrendous month...

It begun well with a 3-2 win over Havant & Waterlooville but losing 2-1 to last placed Maidenhead was unacceptable. Other than a 3-2 win against Oxford City we were terrible for the rest of the month, a 4-1 loss to Bishop's Stortford being our lowest point of the season since our exit from the FA Trophy.

Our final four matches see us play against two sides in the top four and two in the bottom four. Although still mathematically possible, I feel our chances at making the play-offs are over.
Unlucky if ylu dont get promoted but either way uve surpassed your pre season goal of avoiding relegation

Amazing month! Where do I begin...

A brace from Stewart Yetton saw us defeat eventual champions Ebbsfleet 2-1. Nick Crittenden managed a brace in the next match during a dominant 4-1 victory over Eastbourne Borough, a performance he matched during a 3-0 win against Sutton United.

We went into the final match of the season against relegation candidates Weston-Super-mare in 5th tied with Dartford & Basingstoke with an advantage on points difference. Boreham Wood, Dartford & Basingstoke were all capable of finishing 5th and claiming the final play-off spot if results went their way.

Spencer Bellotti scored within two minutes to put Weston-Super-mare into the lead, only for Stewart Yetton to equalise with a terrific finish with the outside of his right foot. Nabi Diallo then scored just before half time leaving us down 2-1.

We withstood a bit of pressure until in the 78th minute Stewart Yetton managed to score during a scrap infront of the goal mouth. Then just minutes before injury time Stewart Yetton played a ball through to Jamie Lowry who shot from outside the box and found the top corner to put us into the play-offs with a 3-2 victory.

Next we play Bath City in the play-off semi final with the first leg scheduled to be played at Treyew Road. We have defeated Bath City twice this season, winning 3-1 on both occasions.

Truro worked the ball down the left side which saw Jamie Beasley cross into the box to an unmarked Stewart Yetton who scored off the crossbar in the third minute. Bradley Goldberg has a chance to level the scores seven minutes later but put the ball into the side netting.

Just before half time, Kirtys MacKenzie received a yellow card for bringing down Stewart Yetton for second time to which the striker almost replied with a goal pushing the shot to the right. In the first minute of the second half Arran Pugh received a yellow card which will see him suspended for three games after collecting his fifteenth yellow for the season.

Jared Sims was presented a chance one on one with the keeper which he failed to put away, he then proceeded to pick up a yellow card a minute later for a tackle on Nathan Summers. Tim Gould was brought on to replace Sims after the yellow card and had an immediate impact releasing Nick Crittenden down the right side, Crittenden then picked out Yetton who struck the ball on the volley to increase the lead to two. In injury time, Gould found Crittenden again only for Crittenden to hit the crossbar.

Truro will now head to Twerton Park with a two goal advantage but without Arran Pugh who has been the heart of the Truro defence for the entire season.
