After being promoted, Truro were not only expected to be relegated by the media, but were picked as the team to come last at the end of the season. Truro managed to stay up in the end but it was evident that the FA Trophy campaign clearly had a draining effect on the clubs small squad over the course of the season.
Next season Truro will once again find themselves in a fight to stay in the Skrill Premier, but with more experience at the level they should find it easier second time around.

They continued to progress in the competition with Stewart Yetton’s hat-trick against Barnet in the second leg of the semi-final against Barnet proving the most impressive individual performance.
In the final, Truro dominated the first half and never looked in doubt as they claimed the FA Trophy with a comfortable 3-2 victory over FC Halifax.
