Former Liverpool assistant manager and Valencia fitness coach Pako Ayesteran has joined Louis van Gaal at Real Madrid and will become van Gaal's right hand man. Ayesteran is one of the world's most versatile football coaches, with experience as a fitness coach, director of football and an assistant manager. Louis van Gaal is expected to bring in more new staff members over the coming days as he looks to rebuild the struggling Madrid-based club.

The wings of Santiago Bernabeu equalled goals, as Real Madrid's wide players got onto the scoreboard. Paxti Punal of Osasuna missed a crucial penalty in the 37th minute, and in the 59th minute Real Madrid right winger Jose Callejon kicked a screamer from outside the box. Mesut Ozil kicked one in the 70th minute and in the dying seconds of the match he perfected a free kick and collected his second. Here's a full run down of the teams.


The Real Madrid team was weakened by injuries to Ronaldo, Higuain and Marcelo and Karim Benzema was barely fit enough to make the bench. Despite this, they still got the job done.

Unfortunately, my computer has crashed and I've had to re install Windows. Therefore, all of my saves are gone, and FM13 won't work. So all of my stories are gone. Sorry, guys, and hopefully I can re write some more and get back to story writing in the near future.
