Help choosing a team

Still haven't found a save that I can stick to, been struggling since the game came out. Any help with a team would be appreciated, any stories too would be great

if you really want a challenge then you should pick ASA Targu Mures from second romanian league. you will have just 65.000 per month payroll . But for second league they are good .The challenge came when you promote in first league. If you can make a good team for Europe you are true manager.
