In this story I will go on a journey to achieve a pre-determind set of goals as Tottenham Hotspurs, I will try to keep this story going until I have achieve them goals, unless I get fired or if I need to stop because I don't have time or people are not interested.

Who am I?
http://i59.tinypic.com/2u7981y.jpg
I am Mauricio Pochettino and I will be taking on the task of turning Tottenham into a major threat. I have recently been confirmed as the Tottenham Hotspurs manager and look forward to starting the season. I feel as though I can use my tactical knowledge as well as my ability to get the best out of people as I did with Lallana and many other Southampton players will be a perfect fit for Tottenham Hotspurs.

Goals
  • Win the Premier League
  • Win the FA Cup
  • Win the Capital One Cup
  • Win the Europa League
Nice Start, good luck Donkey.

Personally don't like Tottenham, but nice idea with Pochettino as he'll be coaching them in reality too. Good luck!

@Basham97 I highly doubt that but I will try my best, haha!

@gggfunk Thanks man and I know with me being a Tottenham supporter I thought it was fitting.

First Day!

I arrive outside White Hart Lane, my first day on the job and I have goosebumps. I know I should be nervous but this is a big job and it is demanding. I have one season to transform this amazing and talented team into a Champions League team. The expectations are so much higher than my other job but the budget and the squad is also better, no disrespect to Southampton but Tottenham have an amazing squad full of potential stars and I am the man who is supposed to bring it out of them.

After sitting in my car for what felt like forever, I decide to go in. I open my car door and step and there I see Christian Eriksen, arriving early so he can put in extra hours which is what I look for in a player, that dedication and determination to be the best. We say the casual hello and then we walk in together. He welcomes me to the team and tells me how he feels that I am the right man for the job and that he is looking forward to working with me. We then go our separate ways as he goes to the pitch to get some early practice and I wait by reception to be shown to my office.

As I am waiting I have sweat dripping down my face and my leg shaking, I can't tell if that is excitement or nerves. Then, outcomes Daniel Levy, he shakes my hands and tells me to come into his office. He then guides me to his office and tells me to take a seat. We sit down and get the
normal hello and welcomes out the way. He then lays it on the line and says "You said you want to aim for Champions League Football right?" before I quickly respond "Yes". He then tells me how "The squad are completely ready and are behind you 100% of the way as am I and the rest of the staff, we believe the squad are up for it if the right man is incharge and you are that man". That puts my heart at rest as I feel as though they trust me and that even if I slip up once they have the confidence in my to put it right without getting the boot.

He then slides a piece of paper over the table and tells me to look at it. I turn it over and it says 38 million. I ask "what is this" before he responds saying "that is your budget, it is enough right?". I then respond with "Yes more than enough I look forward to starting". He then tells me how I am going to bring this club to glory before getting a very pretty blonde lady to escort me to my office.
Awesome update :) and the banner is awesome too

Interviewing the Poch

1. Welcome to White Hart Lane Mauricio. Fans of Southampton are shocked and saddened that you have left and would like to know why you left for London? I love Southampton and their staff and will always see it as a second home but I felt this was the right move for my career and I hope you can find a new manager just as good if not better than me so that you can continue to improve for years to come.

2. You have said you can win the Premier LEague, F.A Cup, Capital One Cup
and the Europa League but why do you not think you can win the Champions League?
If we have the funds and the squad perform to the best of their ability anything is possible but
I want to be realistic here and feel as though I can achieve these goals within the first few seasons here at White Hart Lane.

3. Are any of the current squad surplus to requirements and will
you look at players like Luke Shaw, Adam Lallana and co. to come and join you?
I feel as though each players is worthy of a spot and I will find it hard to sell but some players will need to go to make room for more and some areas will need to be strengthened. As far as Southampton players are concerned I feel they are all brilliant and I will possibly look into them in the future but for now I have a few people in mind.

4. What are your realistic ambitions in your first season here?
My realistic ambition with the squad we have is Champions League Football and to build on that next season.

5. Has the chairman gave you set goals for this season? If you do not
succeed will he fire you like he has every other manager? The chairman gave me a choice of goals and I picked the most realistic. I respect Daniel Levy and feel that he will do what is right for the club, I also feel that each of the past managers have been fired for a specific reason but I do not want to go into detail.

6. Do you have big money available to buy the big players?
I have enough money.

7. Why Tottenham?
I picked Tottenham because it is a big club and we share many of the same philosophies.

8. What is your message to spurs fans?
I would like to thank the spurs fans for the positive messages on social media because I do notice and I would like to say that I hope you will let me prove to you that I am the right man for the job and I hope I can make this wonderful club great.

We have been on fire and I am VERY please with those wins expecially against the likes of Liverpool and Man City. I demolished Liverpool and thanks to a cracking goal from Lamela managed to beat Man City. Now that they are used to my tactic I am expected to win more which is good and I am happy to have a win percentage of 81%.

Transfer

We were lacking in the left back department so I went for Coentrao a brilliant left back and only 25. I also thought we needed a bit of experience so I went for Evra. We also needed strikers with Harry Kane on loan and I thought these two were outstanding and I couldn't choose so I sold Adebayor.
