Hello!!!
Am playing with RasenBallsport Leipzig, the RedBull Project in Germany, started from 3rd Division, first two season was not so hard to win titles and promotions due to the money flow that the RB board allows you, now ending the 19/20 season, i have a decent squad, fighting for Ch.L qualification.. not bad ;) The thing i was most interested was the training facilities and the youth academy. according to GenieScout, my levels are 18 and 16 each. but the players that the club produce are at maximum ability of 120-130... it is been 7 seasons and no decent player got out of those facilities.. anyone knows how many years may take???? when game started i think the TF and YF of the club was 11 and 10...
Hi Junior

I believe your youth academy's influence is not just based on academy rating but also on your location (very much like when signing players they can be drawn to London teams over North West England as it is a more attractive place)

Location is determined by how many teams are in that catchment area (IE for london for example there's 8 top flight teams vying for players, whereas Southampton and Portsmouth have a virtually unchallenged area) and also their size. For instance Arsenal are more attractive than Barnet, West Ham than Leyton Orient, although they will both be vying for the same players. Again attractiveness and population come into play just like with signing first team players. If the city your team is based in has a low population you are likely to see a decent grade player every 1/200 or so, and if the area is deemed unattractive your youth recruitment is hindered. It may also be worth upgrading youth coaching and youth recruitment and employing a strong HOYD alongside youth coaches. They will lure in the best trialists to the club.

Alongside this your country/league/team reputation all carry an important influence on how likely you are to bring through solid youngsters. The only way this improves is with results and a long period of game time.

Hope this helps!
