Need a new save!!

I really want a long term save, i always try one, i.e taking wolves back to premier league. I got to championship and it got boring and didnt go well. I want a team that i can progress quickly and consistently, who also have the ability for me to act in the transfer market, allowing me to put my own stamp on a team. As many suggestions as possible would be great.

I just started a save, but i had no transfer budget, couldnt request an improved one either, couldnt sign anyone even a few free's or loans.

I'd recommend Fulham, PSV, Ajax, Southampton or maybe HSV
