I'm going to start a save with a championship side,(the english second division). I would like to know if anyone knows of what teams have boards that allow you yo increase the transfer budget? Also any players that I could pick up (ideally cheap/free). A mix of you g talent and proven players that can make a impact within the first season. Thanks!
