Just wondering who to contact.

Basically I had to format my PC last month, I copied my G Edition key to a USB and back, however when loading FM Scout and searching it's incorrect positions and stuff.

I'm just wondering who I contact? I've sent an email through the website but just wasn't sure if that's the correct way or if there is a direct contact or what not.

Any help would be good, cheers.
