I'm sorry. I just couldn't cut it. I wasn't patient enough for Oxford. I've left behind a great setup... a group of players of players who are yet to peak. I feel as though I've let Ian down more than anyone; he has such good ambitions for the club. I'm going to be sad to leave behind what I've started, but this is a new challenge.
Buckinghamshire Bisons are a newly founded team who will be playing in The Skrill South. The owner, Gareth Pack, is a good friend of mine and somebody who I know can run a football club. It's got an awful lot of money for a team in the division it's in, but most of that is going towards kits, building the stadium and of course coaching staff and players.
