Can't install

I am getting the below error when trying to install the latest version of FM Scout. I am running Windows 8, extracting the installation file and running as admin.

I'm having the same problem. Also Windows 8. The "Please wait while setup is preparing" prompt comes up immediately and nothing happens. Task Manager always shows it as "Not Responding".
