tactic for fiorentina ?

i play with firentina, at the1st season i won the seriak then in second i brought
sergio aguero,veloso,gourcof,laurito,matias fernandes
sold: montolivo( he dislike me )kuzamonovic want new challenge and donadel and gilardino get huge offer from inter
but in the second season i couldnt go on and win
i played 18 games till now ( won 9 lost 5 draw 4 ) and am in 9th position?
so what d u suggest to do for the tactic

Your players may just be trying to settle. You have lost your 2 main CMs and it can take time for new ones to bond and perform.
