Help with an International selection issue

Hi there and I hope someone can help me.

I am manager of an under 19 International team and need to select a minimum of 3 goalkeepers for the squad. There are only 7 available in the game, all in the pool and 5 have either been selected or are injured. That leaves me with 2 and the game wont let me proceed.

Any suggestions????
