Help! 4 seasons with Sheff Wed. I don't want to give up

Here are my tactics. I used this to get promoted with Brighton and win the league.

I also have other tactics, one specifically that I used to get into a promotion spot with Sheff Wed last season.

I've been with Sheffield Wednesday for 4 seasons. This tactic doesn't have many problems with past experience, I set my squad bonus payouts to high, and I just can't win anything

Injuries seem to be a problem. I can't see your team instructions, player instructions or set-piece instructions so I don't know if there are any weaknesses there. Perhaps you just need to get some form going.

If I was you, I would change fluidty to ridged, and set both your wingers to attack instead of support. Your left and right wingbacks are set to defend, so just let your wingers lose up top.

Do you have any other strikers? With that pace, I would set the passing to direct and mentality to counter attack. I would not use "push up higher" either, Lugano, is playing poor so just have him at the back keeping it simple. Change both your centre backs to be "limited defenders" also.

first problem is ur junrie's, so make averange training, secon reason u use line up and this is dab whit 4-5-1 or 4-3-3 also if u make retain possession and shorter passing why u put high tempo????? i think is more best put low tempo.
