Setting rent for a stadium

Hi

I would like to ask you fine members how I can change the rental situation of a club.
For example; I would like to start a new game with Oviedo, in Spanish Second B.
It says on the accomodation screen(in Dutch)huur is slecht(meaning 'rent is bad')
In English it says; rent is nominal. Quite a difference.

So I would like to able to edit this, so that the Club gains full ownership of the stadium.
I've already tried editing it in the stadium (Nuevo Carlos Tartiere) but i'm only able to change the ownership from Oviedo B to Oviedo.
Rent is bad still appears on the screen.
Nothing can be done about the actual renting scheme, or so it seems?


Does anyone know where I can edit this?

Well I guess if you edit your 'B' team in the editor first and take away their stadium from there and then change the ownership, it might change. I'm not entirely sure though, I'm not very good with the editor

Nope, didn't work... Ownership is now changed but still 'rent=bad' appears
