My Steam and FM won't load

Okaii so I bought FM 14 for my computer, it worked once and since then it won't work, it says it's updating and extracting the packages (?) and yeah and when it does work I log in, into my info and it says there is an error because of my wifi or their servers?

I've contacted steam a million times about this and still nothing and I need answers. I've deleted files and stuff and still the same.

Try un-installing Steam and then re-install it, and then re-install FM. That usually works for me.

Just so you know, you will not loose any of your saves, so that is not a problem
