Does anyone have any tips on dealing with agenst?

Kinda tired of them always demandind assanine sums when the player I try to buy is just an unknown young player.

Here's the latest example, my scout found a player in Africa he says can become better than Mexes, so I sent an offer of £250k and they accepted, now for the contract, the agent wants £500k sign on fee, £700k for his services, wants a squad rotation status, £20k weekly wage and that after playing 5 games for me the salary goes up to £30k, that's ridicolous!

Also Abate wanted to go so I sold him to Chelsea for £17 million, as I waited for De Sciglio to get a little better I sent an offer for Darijo Srna, £5 million, it got accepted, now the agents tells me that since Liverpool are monitoring the situation (they actually got an offer accepted same time as me) he demands £2 million sign on fee and for his services, £90k weekly salary plus some other stuff for appearances etc, I try to haggle but in the end he got mad and ended the meeting, now a few days later he signs for Liverpool, on a £45k weekly wage!!!!
Now why the hell is he demanding so much from me cause Liverpool are monitoring him bu he didn't demand the same from them???

One way you could do this is if you are reducing other areas of what the player would get paid have a look at increase the Agents services as that is one way to get round them I find

Once had a player who wanted 50k wages 20% yearly wages increase and 800k for sign on fee with the agent only wanted 100k

Changed wages to 30k 5% yearly wage ride and 200k sign on fee and I increased the agents fee to 500K and they accepted

Yeh I've had this problem before and also done what Cappy did it's worth paying an agent sometimes double what they ask in order to cut the deal down with the players wages and add ons etc as the agent fee is a one off payment but think of the money you will save on say a 4 year player contract
