Help with tactic

I know everyone is saying that its funnier to make a tactic yourself, but i cant seem to find a proper tactic for my team. I am Altrincham, and my strongest parts of the team are the wingers and midfielder. Im very happy if im getting help.

Are you in the first season?

I got 4 games left of the first season, so i will say im in the second.

I am going to promotion, since i am on 1st leading with 14 points, but my tactic is to simple and has started failing lately, thats why i need a new one, thanks!
