Manager Reputation stuck on 71%

Playing Spurs with patch 14.3.1 and won almost everything, it seems that my manager reputation is stuck on national, 71%

Is this a bug or does someone know what to do about it (without cheating),

I am guessing you have won everything available by just palying as Spurs?

If so change league and go for a new team as you are only known nationally go to a new team in a new league and you will go up to Continental Rep

I did 5 seasons with Newcastle never won the league and only ever won the F.A Cup twice and Charity Shield once and mine was continental

finished 5th, 7th, 3rd, 3rd and 4th
