General help with certain things on FM14 needed please!

Basically I've been playing Football Manager on and off for about 5/6 years and not played FM14 too much so I'm not 100% familiar with the features. I've had a few seasons on it in the past and done ok but what I don't understand is staff responsibilities etc

For instance how do you choose who does what like takes training, trains the youth, what a technical director and head of youth department do and most clubs have room for more staff what should I be looking for exactly? I've left training to staff before and had players unhappy with the workload etc I really don't understand it.

Any help would be appreciated and while I am here any advice on the English Championship? My old laptop was basic so I used to only load one nation but now I can load 12 nations with all leagues and still get 5 stars speed and performance so I am branching out but really want an English Championship side to get them promoted and keep them in the Premier League and who knows from there? Which team is best set up to handle a promotion and Premiership survival? Money, no debt, decent stadium, experience, good youth setup and staff etc etc

Brighton have a great base for promotion, new stadium and if you request more transfer money from the board they give £7 million straight off the bat.

notts forest also do well in my saves. They have some promising youngsters:)

Also Wigan start with a budget of 15-20 million, much more than you can ever ask for a championship side IMO. However i found that they have a big squad with a lot of deadwood players that can be a struggle to budge. Also will have eurpoa league to juggle.

Cheers pal I have started with Brighton and I'm dong well so far I'm 3rd as I go into December and have already been hailed as a tactical genius lol I play with 3 different tactics a 4-3-1-2 control, 4-4-2 defensive and a 4-5-1 counter and it's working all 3 are a tiny bit from being fully mastered now and things are looking good :-)

Yeh I've noticed so far he's scored 10 in 22 appearances with 11 assists also and from that was called up to the Ireland squad he scored 4 for me at home to Q.P.R in a 4-0 win there's a few things I'm training on him but he has good potential and is still young
