"Easiest" teams for the Hero achievements

So obviously it's not gonna be easy the whole way, but what teams give you a good start, either through good finances or training facilities, or just players?

Just in case anyone doesn't know, the Hero achievements are for getting promotion from the bottom division of a nation to the top division, for Brazil, England, France, Scotland, Italy and Spain.

For England look at teams with Parent clubs in like the Championship/Premiership I believe Eastleigh are still a feeder club to Southampton
