Balanta's loan

I signed Balanta last season and loaned him back to River as a clause in the transfer deal, he should've been back more than a month ago(I'm in the summer of 2nd season) however it keeps getting posted and I've already started the season and he's not back. What shall I do?!

You probably loaned him back until the end of the argentinian season, which starts and ends at another point of time than most european leagues.

A. The Argentinian league has ended a while ago.
B. I've been checking the calender and contract info for two months, he was supposed to come back in 30.6.14 however it keeps getting posted for some reason every five days. I'm on 30.8.14 and he's still not back.
