Fantasy Logo Needs Sorting

Is there anyone who can sort this logo out for me. I am not sure who did the pack I have downloaded but would like my fantasy teams logo matched up if possible.

Never mind as I found the people who do them and requested there.

They rejected my request stating they don't do fantasy logo's. So if anyone can do it I would be grateful
