What team shall i pick?

So i was sitting here on my PC and a thought struck that i should do a new save. Im currently playing on a Aston Villa save that I got a bit bored of.
So now I thought i could use you guys help, doesn't matter if it is a super challenge or an easy team. Just suggest some teams that you guys have had succes and enjoyed playing with.

Try Southampton they have great youth facilites and have alot of transfer budget if you have a database update

Everton to try and make them a Champions League winning team.

Everton and Tranmere are always good, along with a smaller MLS team, such as Chivas.
