I've a crazy ideia for brazilian football (I'm brazilian)
This country it's very, veyr huge! And it's divided on 26 states and 1 district, there 27 football federetions.
UEFA have 57 contries, more or lesse, associations.
My crazy ideia, but I can't do this because I don't have technique for that, is delete the UEFA and trasform Brazil on UEFA, with 27 leagues, for each state, and the nacional league will be the Champions league.
Someone here can do that?
If can, I tell the ranking of each state like:
1 ENgalnd / São Paulo State
2 Spain / Rio de Janeiro Stato
3 Germany / Minas Gerias State
