Manager Brendan Rodgers Has Left Liverpool FC by mutual consent.

The former Swansea City manager guided Liverpool to a 2nd place finish last season so it is a great shock that he has left.

New Liverpool Manager Confirmed!



After weeks of speculation and rumours concerning the club Liverpool Chairman Tom Werner has confirmed that former player Jamie Redknapp has taken over as manager from Brendan Rodgers.
The club released the following statement:

"We are extremely excited to be working with Jamie and we do believe that this is the way forward for Liverpool Football Club"

The former Liverpool player stated that he was absolutely delighted with becoming manager and will try his best to make Liverpool the best club in England again.
