I'm looking to collect all requests for databases here. If you'd like an unplayable league added to the game or you want a fantasy league made, just ask.

If you are requesting an obscure league where sources might be limited, please help us by doing as much research as possible. Any information about League structure, teams in different divisions will be a great help. Also information about kit colours would be useful for some leagues as not all teams in FM will have their kit colour registered.

Things you can do to help the DB creator

The below things just serve as an inspiration, if you can think of any detail that could be relevant when producing the DB, please note it as well. There is no such thing as too much information

Leagues:
  1. Name of the league?
  2. How many teams in the leagues?
  3. Are the any special league systems? (League split, play-off)
  4. How are teams on equal points divided? (Goal difference, matches between teams, goals scored)
  5. How much prize money / TV money is in the league
Teams: (These would also have to be researched for more obscure leagues / lower leagues)
  1. Kit colours
  2. Club history
  3. Players
  4. Records
Players:
  1. Date of birth
  2. Nationality
  3. Estimates as to player attributes
  4. Contract information
Please note that players can be created randomly on a team with no preregistered players.

Well for me there are only 2 I'd like to see

The addition of Odegaard, and adding the NZ leagues. I'd be more than happy to do the research for it as well.

I feel it should be quite easily managed. The top division only has 10 teams and no promotion or relegation.
The Macedonian League 1st and 2nd division.
Extra South American leagues such as Ecuador and Paruguay, also lower divisions for Brazil and Argenina would be cool
There is actually 1 more thing I'd like to see, and it's a fantasy league.

In Australian sport, there are State Of Origin competitions and I'd like a league for it for football. I'll do all the research and compile the teams, clubs, squads etc, I just need someone to make the database
Feliks would it be in the a-league or european leagues?

It would be great if you could provide sources for information if someone wants to make the databases, otherwise most of the time spent is spent on research.
I'm not quite sure if SI is planning to include the Indian Super League in the game, but I would love to play as Mumbai City FC. Not yet though. The structure of the competition and its future editions are hardly available officially, let alone to us 'faux editors'.
The "every player part of European Union" edit db, Please (There is one for FM14, I have it, I have not unticked since I got it).

It would replace the A-League
How about a team of people from Harry Potter in Skrill North/South or a whole league for Hogwarts?
Faroe Islands, Vietnam and Macau for starters, plus lower down the English structure to like L11 or 12 maybe, plus the new Scottish structure?

These leagues would be very nice to have. Although, I can tell you from first hand experience that information scarce regarding Ecuador and Paraguay is a little less difficult.

Brazil has lots of divisions just sitting in the Editor I believe, which goes down a long way so that would be easy to make and Argentina's league system is also inactive but on there I believe (in past editions it was).

A cool editor project (which I will probably make myself) is a Brazilian setup without the State Leagues, which puts lots of people off managing in one of the biggest hotbeds of talent there is.

Great post. This really underlines my comment about doing the research for the database developers. It might be a bit over the top expecting someone to pour an extra 5-10-20 hours in their project to research something you want to play. So the more you can help database makers, the more likely it is to see your database.
