Please add the problems you are having with FM15.

So far I have had issues with injuries. Before the season even started I had over 10 players out injured. I have at least one injured in every game and at least two more during training throughout the rest of the week. Also I have had crazy scorelines due to comical defending. Goalkeepers spilling everything to the strikers feet.
I've just started having team selecting issues after adding my 3rd tactic in February. When I clear the team selection the players in the list disappear. What's more if I right click off a substitute, the page goes blank (nothing shows).

Seems like a pretty big bug to me, I hope it doesn't persist.
The Beta of FM has always been very buggy. The reason for this is that the development team experiment with what they can do to get the most out of the game from the release of the final update of the previous FM until the release of the Beta. When the Beta is released, they begin fine-tuning everything to get rid of all/most of the bugs. There will be updates to the Beta which will be automatically downloaded and these will fix some of the bugs. By the time of the full release, there should be almost no bugs what so ever.

SI sent me a list of bugs which they are prioritising to fix:
Match Engine:
  • Poor goalkeeping, particularly at lower levels - sometimes leading to unusually high scores
  • Too many poor back-passes leading to goals
  • There are too many goals from direct free-kicks
  • There are too many own goals, or incorrectly-awarded own goals
  • Players occasionally control the ball with their head in unrealistic situations
  • Some animations will require further polish – particularly with regards to 'skating'
  • Some skin tones currently appear lighter than intended due to a lighting issue
  • The touchline team talk options need some tweaking

  • AI:
  • Balancing is ongoing to the AI managers' transfers and squad building
  • Balancing is ongoing to managerial appointments
  • Balancing is ongoing to user job interviews and job offers
  • Some players become unhappy too quickly (and some are too easy to talk around)
  • There are some graphical issues on the conversation history screen
  • Users can currently make only one board request per day
  • There is missing information on transfer window round-up news in some situations
  • AI managers occasionally give contradictory opinions about penalty decisions to the press
  • Yeah my main issues so far have been terrible goalkeeping, both my own and opposing keepers just being really dumb and slow and leading to ridiculous scores.. 12-1, 5-1, 5-2, 6-0 and I'm like 3 months into my first season.

That and really bad defense from corners and free kicks. Almost every time the attackers are left by themselves in groups of 2 or 3 right in front of the keeper. The defenders won't go with them.
The amount of training injuries is ridiculous. Here's my injury list on 02-08-2014 with West Ham:
Andy Carroll - Out 4 months (training injury)
Guy Demel - Out 3 to 6 weeks (training injury)
James Collins - Out 2 to 3 months (training injury)
Matt Jarvis - Out 4 to 7 weeks (training injury)
Mark Noble - Out 8 days to 2 weeks (training injury)
Aaron Cresswell - Out 2 months (training injury)
Carl Jenkinson - Out 3 to 6 weeks (training injury)
Ravel Morrison - Out for 7 to 11 days (training injury)

I agree that there have been a lot of injuries but from your list, only Mark Noble actually started the season without injury for West Ham in real life. I don't know whether all the injuries were put in the game but certainly most of them were.
I seem to be experiencing a high number of managers resigning or being given the sack. One manager who guided his team to third place in their respective league was then shown the door...that shouldn't happen. Thankfully my job is safe but it doesn't quite seem realistic, or does it in the football of today?

I won't talk about West Ham, but at Liverpool, I had about 6 injuries in the first month. I was getting a little upset. Luckily they were only a few days to a few weeks. But still loads of injuries.

Three of these injuries were in the game when I started, so 5 major injuries were sustained in 4 weeks
The goalkeeping certainly needs sorting out, I've not had a game with less that 6 goals in yet and I'm 2 months into my season!
I have found a bug. After being sacked as Cambridge manager, I took the Notts county job. They were already on a 7 game losing streak. After my first game a 1-1 draw with a Bradford side riding high up the league, It said Notts county fail to win again and their manager was one game away from the sack.
I might get sacked through no fault of my own.
PS I also agree far to many goals. 6-4, 5-4 type games.
Still having many issues even though there has been updates. Still having at least 2 players a week getting injured. It is always for 3-4 weeks too. Getting a bit fed up of it to be honest!
