The Save

As many of you may know, Anderlecht have been a wrecking force within the Belgium Pro League winning it a massive 33 times.
Since Beta release day I have been thinking what long term save I could do and to break Anderlechts record of 33 league titles is a nice on to do. I plan on making this my main save on FM15 so updates wont be as frequent as many other stories only if I get really into the save and put my other saves on standby.

Save Goals

During this save I will have many goals I would like to fulfill:
  • To win over 33 league titles
  • Win the most Belgium cups ever
  • Win 1 Champions League
  • Win the Pro League with only Belgium players
  • Win the Champions League with only Belgium Players
  • Win manager of the month 25 times
  • Win manager of the month 100 times
  • Enter the managers leader board
  • Top the leader board
  • Over come Anderlecht
Post any other suggestions in the comments
Good luck with this story, I've a good feeling about it :)
A great choice of story. Don't see many stories if any based on the Belgian leagues. Good luck.

Stubbs Takes Vacant Zulte Waregem Job

After hours of interviews and days of searching the Zulte Waregem board have decided to give unknown English manager Adam Stubbs the job. The Club feels that he can bring success to a club that has lacked it from forming. They hope he can bring them League, and both domestic and continental cup glory.

A club spokesperson said "In the interview Stubbs stood out above the rest, his plans and ambitions to take the club to become a European Giant, just stood out to all us on the interview panel.

Stubbs will start his life as Zulte Waregem manager when his team go on there annual preseason tour.
I'll will follow your story as a RSC Anderlecht fan.

Last year Zulte Waregem almost managed to win the Pro League, so there are certain possibility's.
Though they lost key players such as: Hazard, Malanda and are struggling now in real life.

So i'm really wondering how you will do.
But i guess Waregem has some connections with French million club (Monaco?).

Otherwise Mouscron-Peruwelz could be an interesting choice too, because they are doing well to and have connections with Lille.

Anyway, good luck to be the most succesfull club in Flanders, Belgium and Europe !!
Justice - thanks! It's gunna be great
jamesg237 - Belgium is a good league to play as, hope to see more this year
red devil - I love the Belgium leagues I followed anderlecht for a few season when lukaku was there but lost my love for football.

Stubbs - "I'll make no signings"

In a recent interview with Adam Stubbs, SkySports Belgium asked him many question on getting the Zulte Waregem job. During the interview Stubbs said "I will not make any signings this transfer market. The club aren't in any financial difficulties but my goal is to promote the youths and build a team around my own academy."

With the friendlies underway Zulte Waregem want to hit the ground running in their 3 friendlies to make sure their Euro Cup run hits off and the qualify for the group stages. They travel to Linfield in the first leg of their Second qualifying round clash

Managers Notes

With this being only a small pre-season I was happy with how the games went. The Thun could have been a win but we wasted to many chances. As a team we are looking forward to the Euro Cup qualifying games.
crazy idea not hope of lasting that ling but good luck
Good start with lots of goals. Good luck though, as you've set yourself quite a challenge!
Good luck with this bud, hoping Troisi keeps banging in them goals for you come league time :)

After a short month of mainly Euro Cup games I feel that the Euro Cup went well with a 2 goal comeback against Petrolul being the highlight of them games.
As for the Pro League game against KV, I am disappointed with the result we had a numerous amount of chance to win the game but we just couldn't produce the goods
Well if you can keep the 0 on the scoreboard for your European visitors, then it's looking nice for your European adventure.

Managers Notes

This is probably the worst month possible. Out of the Euro cup because of a silly red card and dropping down the league.

I think its time to changes the tactics and i might go against my transfer ban and sign some players in on short term loan deals
you could loan some Anderlecht youngsters ^^. Like Heylen, Dendoncker,...
