genie scout question

whats the best way of knowing exactly what players will join my team? im playing with western super mare, and the players have around 35-45 CA so i look for players around that, and so far only 1 has talked to me so is there a setting that will tell me which players will actually listen for a contract?

I dont think there is a setting as such other than trying to have reasonable expectations. What I mean is if your club has players at 35-45 then I'd look to some league clubs for loan signings at levels of say 45-55. It's always seemed to me that when you manage in the lower leagues there appears to be a level of 10+ maximum on what you already have. When youve a few more at level 45 then look to add some level 50's. If anything with FM 15 it seems as if these settings have reduced to say 5+ of what your average is.

I don't often do llm so not 100% sure what staff you may have but if normally you can ask assistant manager to filter only interested players create a shortlist within the game of these players , export the shortlist and then import it into genie scout, there are other steps to perform but Google is your friend on that matter
