How do I make international friendly games?

Im playing as England and I cant make any friendlys between the qualifiers, other teams have friendlys so why cant I?

Secondly, MrJK is just doing his job, so please be nice to him. Perhaps he doesn't know how to help you, but he can still do his job regardless.
