Somebody else also posted a Shortlist bug but I think his concern was different to mine.
Whenever I try to save a shortlist in Genie Scout 15, it saves it as an SLF file. When I try to load a file, it reads them as FMF files. This means I can't save a shortlist of players in Genie Scout and then open it again.
If I try to open the SLF file, I get the following error:
