Austrian lower leagues...

Hi,
I want to manage ASKÖ Donau Linz (my long-since deceased father-in-law was goalkeeper and captain back in the 60s). They play in the fourth tier in the Landesliga Oberösterreich and I would love it if I could add these leagues and associated cups. Are there any guides to doing this?

I wouldn't mind this but have no idea how to make leauges active.

Likewise. Had a brief look this morning before work but I'd love a process breakdown to help me through if there is one. It feels like it may be beyond my capabilities and time to achieve.

I might give trying to get the lower leauges sorted in the Db and try it out on a test save, wish me luck!
