Question about kit .PNG dimensions

I've d'loaded kit templates and have enjoyed making my own in Photoshop, but having looked at other people's finished products, I'm curious as to what size .PNG they should be saved as for FM15...

220x200 or 420x420?

I've seen both. Does it matter?

Also, I've not yet tackled the 3D kits, but also wonder what those final dimensions should be (when I get around to playing with those).

As long as the kit size is squad (SamexSame), they should be okay. I'm not sure about 3D though
