tonkawolves115 thanks mate...I surely wasn't expecting such a start!

#21 Gascoigne linked with Aston Villa

Paul Gascoigne did extremly good, with his Middlesbrough side over the last 18 months and made a name for himself, when he gained Promotion and made a tremendous start with Middlesbrough into the Premier League.
The team was recently struggeling for the first time under Gazzas reign and lost 5 games in a row.

Aston Villa had been on a poor run into the first 12 games of the Season. They only earned themselves 7 points out of it.
Aston Villas chairman rumordly try to get Gazza out of his contract, to take over Aston Villa and get them out of the relegation zone!

#22 Keeping ahead of the Relegation Zone

We keep our lead in comparison to the last 3 teams in the table. The first few games where so important to us, as we build up a lead against the teams in the relegation contempt.
7 points in front of Aston Villa and Stoke City is good, but we have to make sure that we keep our heads clear and stay with our feet on the floor.

As you can see in the table, Middlesbrough again have one of the best attacking forces in the League with 40 goals scored in 20 games, but they conceeded 44 and have a negativ goal difference.
The only teams who are stronger in the offense are the leading three, Chelsea and Arsenal London and the Citizens!

Player to Watch

Gerard Moreno has some amazing stats this Season and was a great signing from Paul Gascoigne.
He scored 9 goals and 9 assists in 19 games in the Premier League!
Therefore he has to be a player to watch, alongside John Guidetti whom scored 8 goals and 4 assists in 16 Premier League games!

#23 Changed Expactations!

After another good month Steve Gibson, Middlesbroughs Chairman, announced that he now wants to take the next step and try to get a good final position to claim a hugh prize money for the PBL.
10 games are on the schedule to the end and Middlesbrough is some way apart from the 18 place, which is the last relegation place.
The best thing was to see Middlesbrough overcome Manchester City with 4:2 in the most spectacular match of the Premier League until now!

Player to watch

It can't be no other than Gerard Moreno, what a capture he was for Boro!
He has 14 games and 10 assists in the Barclays Premier League and is the only player to have 10+ in both statistics and he is leading the assistant statistics!
Moreno was a free transfer and is speculatet with a move away to Tottenham, who are about to pay almost 20 mio. €

Middlesbrough were able to sign one of the best english talents.
Patrick Roberts a 18 year old right winger from Fulham was bought for a fee of 6.5 mio € and Roberts already started in the matches, he was registerd for.
Another signing was Sebastian Pocognoli, a 28 year old left defender, who was signed as a backup for James Husband.

#24 Relegation avoided!

With 3 matchdays to go Boro already avoided Relegation and is 17 points in front of the last relegation place!
Paul Gascoigne said, that "it shows what an amazing bunch of players are here. The signings of Moreno, Guidetti or Powell where the key to success! We already had an amazing team with a great spirit and the new players quickly integrated into the squad and made this strong team even stronger. We had amazing wins against Chelsea or Manchester City!

Player to Watch!

It has to be Gerard Moreno! What an amazing Season he plays! In the last 7 games he scored 10 goals! What can we say about him? He is the signing of the Season in the Barclays Premier League, as he was signed for free and now is the Leagues top Goalscorer and is on the 2nd place behing Juan Mata in the Assists Stat!

#25 Season ending and Team Review!

The Season is over! We were fantastic in this campaign and finished in an amazing 10th Place.
The Media predicted the Boro team to face the relegation battle, but the Team was the big surprise this Season in the Premier League!
Manchester United won the Premier League with 6 points in front of Liverpool and Chelsea!
Manchester City were really struggeling to qualify for intercontinental football, as they only finished in 7th place and were one of the biggest dissapointments in this season.

Player of the Season

Gerard Moreno was the player of the Season, as he won the best goalscorer of the Year and was the best goalscorer in Europe! Moreno scored an overall of 27 goals in the Premier League this Season.
