Lazio !!! : Cana We Do It (Sorry about the pun)

Welcome to the first update of my Lazio career.

LAZIO

Lazio play in the top tier of Italian football the Serie A and have always been there or there abouts in the league but never really dominating like Juventus, Inter or A.C Milan, however this is all going to change as I take the league by storm (well attempt too).

The reason I choose Lazio over the bigger teams was the board are only expecting mid table finish and no one is giving us a chance to win the league. They also have some legends at the club such as the fox in the box Miroslav Klose, Cana, Mauri and of course Ledesma.

I want to keep this as realistic as possible as I hate them stories where someone goes into a club gets rid of the old players even though they are club legend and brings in the same wonder kids as everyone else then in 5 years time they have exactly the same squad apart from different regens (we all see them) so you may see decisions and wonder why has he done that and ill explain why I mean would you really go into Liverpool sell Gerrard because he is old or Pirlo.

Anyway that's all for this update. Next will be the transfer window and the pre season fixtures

Hello and welcome back to the first update of my Lazio career, in this update I will talk you through some tactics I have been creating and transfer and finally the friendlies.

Lets kick it off with the transfer I brought in and I apologise in advance for the first one but this is the first save I have used him in and I thought why not, Yep Martin Odegaard needs no introduction because unless you have been living under a rock you know who he is. He will be joining us on the 2 January 2015 so we will see if I loan him out or decide if he stays but at the moment his form is very poor playing in his home nation of Norway.



As you can see we wasn't that busy and didn't really set the world on fire but I only had £5 Million to work with and the squad is good its a good size and has great depth so I brought in Sandro Wanger on the cheap his is okay but only a backup for Klose or Kieta so he isn't too bad.

Next we have Alborno from Inter and he was an absolute bargain really. At the moment he is a Sub but Lulic is in fine form but he is only young and is a complete left full back in the friendlies it was great to see him overlap and sometimes play as a left winger he is only young so hopefully in years to come he will be decent.

Brilliant attacking winger with pace to burn and lots of potential but sadly could only get him in on loan however hasn't really played for me through injury. so sadly he may have to go back to Arsenal without playing regularly.

next is the friendlies and I like to use friendlies to try different formations out and I started out with the bog standard 4-5-1 the 4-4-2 and now finally 4-3-3 but as you can see during the friendlies you can see when the team clicked.



Even though we lost it was close especially against Bayern we dominated out passed and played them until they scored and we fell apart.
