Shaktar Donetsk Tactic Help

Hi everybody. I select Shaktar Donetsk team in FM 2009. I have good team but they play not well. Even in basic matches the score usually 0-0. What can I do for this? What you suggest?

well you have a lot of players there.
how many transfers have you made? making too many will disrupt the squad harmony, the team will play bad as they havn't yet gelled, it will take a few months.

what tactic do you play?
are you conceding too many goals, not getting enough play to the strikers, being overrun in midfield?

we need more info if before we can help
