No Graphics not loading (facepacks+logos)

even though i have added the graphics to the correct folder C:/user/documents/sports interactive/football manager 2015/graphics/logos and then also the faces folder
when i refresh my games interface (with caching turn on) it still does not load anything, all the logos are still the default FM ones?
Any ideas?

mine does the same for the skins no matter what I try the just dont change and this new one in fm15 is to dark.....should make the future FM's with a choice either dark or light not just 1
