So, hello people!

I remember this beaing an issue to some of the users in GS14 but I myself did not get an answer then. Now this script error is crashing my GS once again and is really becoming unbearable.

The link in the error is referring to the advertisement on the left side of the application. If anyone has any idea how to treat this error the help would be greatly appriciated.

Quick note: This might not be, and probably is not anything related to GS15 itself. Anyhow this is the forum where I would like some answers as I have had no trouble running any other applications.
I don't personally get this error, banner shows up just fine for me.

Last time we had trouble with these banners was because the server hosting these ads had an outage, but that's not the case now. If you try the URL on that screenshot in your browser, you will also see it works too.

I just altered some javascript code, please try again and let me know if the problem persists for you.

Thank you for your work. Unfotunately the error is still popping up. Not your fault tho as said in the OP. I guess this is something that is specific to my PC that is causing the problem. It was time to re-format anyways ^_^

For future readers who might have this similar problem; do try to figure something out! As far as I know it must be some kind of malware etc. blocking access to the ad (or simply disliking it).
I don't think it's some kind of malware. This article seems relevant, but I'm not sure it will help. But if you try it, let me know if it did the trick.
I've just applied some more changes to the javascript part of these banner ads. Please try again (without altering anything from that article I linked earlier).
It was pretty obvious and right there in front of me. The reason why I ignored is also quite obvious. The advertisement ridericts to IE, no-one in their right mind uses IE.

So at this point I'm quite sure the problem lies somewhere in the explorer not too may people surprised at the moment). I will have a look at this tomorrow, when less drunk and more the webdeveloper that I am.

Will update this post for future references if my journey is succesful!
Actually the rendering of these (otherwise HTML-based) ads inside GS is using the IE engine. Sadly that is inevitable by the technologies Eugene is utilizing to develop his program.
Ok so the promised update on the situation.

The link you provided, LINK, was helpful. Adding the url displayed in the script error to the list resolved the problem. Thank you for your help!
I'm glad you could fix it.
Did you try all 3 methods outlined in that page or went straight for method #2?

Started with number one, which made no difference. After the second one solved the issue had no reason to go on with the final one. Iäd say it's a small chance that 1 & 2 collaborated on the final result.
