genie don`t open

I click to open a genie scout 15 and it start loading and close automatic, no error message.

I use a windows XP (SP3) SO and my FM15 is 15.1.4 on Steam (originaly)

I can't really think of a reason why. Try opening as administrator, see if that helps. Or uninstall and reinstall. Maybe it's related to XP SP3 though, I'll ask Eugene to check this out.
