Access Violation error on Setup Fm Genie 15

When I try to setup genie i got an error message like attached Picture.error_76175.png

My OP is Windows 8.1 64bit

Try running the setup file as administrator, see if that helps. I don't personally have experience with Windows 8 (or 8.1 for that matter) though.

I try to run with administrator but it's not working.
