@Walkinshaw - Yeah its tough to choice a team after that they all played well.

@Yiliang99 - Yeah its tough to choose a defanite 11 they all played amazingly, Anderson performed well he didnt score put put in a few good shifts

August Update & Managers Thoughts #2

In all fairness I couldnt complain about the team right now, we were performing well and dont get me wrong we had an easy start to the season but as they say "No game is easy in the Premier League". Looking at the performances over the month the team had really impressed me the only thing letting us down was the Injuries. Anderson, Leyroy Fer, Bobby Zamora & Alejandro Faurlin were all out for the majority of August all though most are should be back for the trip to Old Trafford. I dont know why but i had a feeling in my stomach, afeeling that calle dout to me saying "We could really do well this season" could we keep our form? Who knows.

August Results & Awards

Q.P.R 2-1 Burnley (

Adel Taarabt, Mauricio Isla)

Managers Thoughts: Burnley are a good team and they played extremely well last year so it was always going to hard to beat a team full of confidence, we needed to establish a lead and as quick as possible. It was great too see Adel bringing what he had done in Pre-Season into the the game scoring a good goal, Mauricio put in a good shift aswell scoring giving us that cushion. It was a shame to concede but you cant complain when you win all 3 points.

Leicester 0-1 Q.P.R (

Charlie Austin)

Managers Thoughts: We had controlle dthis game greatly and the result didnt match our performance. We played impressive football throughout and was a shame we didnt score 2 or 3 goals. Charlie Austin impressed scoring and having many chances that the keeper saved. in my opinion it was a good game and we deserved the win.

M.K Dons 4-3 Q.P.R(

Adel Taarabt x2, Eduardo Vargas)

Managers Thoughts: This was sucha great game to watch but fustrating at the same time it was ping pong football after HT and it wassnt great. We were losing 2-0 at HT i wasnt best pleased i gave the team a right bollocking and told them to turn it around and they did. Vargas scored as soon as we kicked off great, then we equalised things were looking up untill we conceded again. Taarabt scored again making it 3-3 and then Deli Ali luckily scored in the 88th minuite and i flipped. Lets say the boys wont be doing that again.

Q.P.R 4-1 Aston Villa (

Adel Taarabt x2, Eduardo Vargas, Mauricio Isla

Managers Thoughts: This was a great way to put the cup loss out of the lads minds. Adel taarabt was a gem and continued to score goals and assit for his for me he was Player of the month. Isla scored again proving he wanted that left side postion and Vargas continued to keep Charlie Austin out of teh fray. All round great performance, bring on United.
