S.T.V.V. has unveiled 30-year old Luxembourgian Jozef Weis as their new manager. is a former student of the Largs coaching class, learning under the tutelage of Jim Fleeting, who also mentored the likes of John Hughes, Owen Coyle, Jim Weir,Craig Brewster and Andre Villas-Boas. Of the same mould as AVB he obtained his coaching badges from C to Pro. Due to having not played football at a serious level both Villas-Boas & Weis were forced to take the C licence badge, which professionals are allowed to bypass. S.T.V.V have noticed Weis' contributions to the Luxembourg Football scene and were aware of his qualifications, which is why it is of no surprise they've carried him across the border & given him the reigns at the club.
J.W.: I hope to bring a beautiful style of football to the club with my philosophy and thank the S.T.V.V. board for giving me the opportunity to make my managerial debut, i hope to repay the faith shown in me. As a manager with no serious playing experience job offers have been scarce and i will be looking to make the most of this chance
