Over the last week I have come across a very annoying problem, I have downloaded badges for a lot of different things including the English Premier League teams, Champions League, Europa League and National teams badges. However a lot of these have disappeared for no reason at all. I have tried re downloading them, clearing the cache, resetting preferences and all with the same result that the badges just will not appear. Can anyone suggest anything that I might be able to try?
Do you have conflicting graphic packs at all? Bear in mind that each pack comes with a config file to tell the game where to apply each graphic and if you have multiple config files telling the game to put things in the same place it will either sometimes succeed or just plain give up and resort to the default.
Can't think of anything else that would cause that and you seem to have tried all the standard fixes already... you didn't mention reloading your skin but i'm assuming that was covered in the clearing the cache/resetting preferences?
