This is the Adventure of 35 year old Jack Denzy.

Let the Job Hunt BEGIN!

Welcome to Brackley Town
Showing Main Stand

Before I started with Brackley they were sat Last with 3 points after 11 Games.
[Forgot to get a picture of League Table]

November 2013
(I know the League table is small but won't be next month I don't have the picture no more so can't increase)

[Month Review]
Great Month, Showed what we can really do I would of traded both cup wins for league wins but the cup money will hopefully do us some good, Ryan Doble showed what he can do with 3 Goals in 4 Games
Good luck mate :)

December 2013

Really bad month, It's very hard in the league at the moment with Injuries and players playing out of their fav positions, The board won't give me more money for wages nor Transfers so I'm going to risk my job so I can try turn this season around by Getting some free transfers and going over the wage balance just so I can save this team before I get sacked.
(Should last all season as it would cost the club too much to sack me)

5 Points just to get out of the red zone, This is going to be a very very hard season

January 2014

A Much better month! After hearing from media I could be fired I needed the boys to step up, I changed the Tactics after I lost to Barrow to 4-4-2 and it seems to be working much better!
Matty McGinn Showing what he can do the Attacking Left back, So far it looks good we just need to hold up and keep getting good results and we should be able to survive safely

It may still look bad but it's a big improvement, 1 Point off safety and 16 Points from Playoffs, I'm ruling play offs out but if we play like we have I really thing we can get high Mid table and If I'm still here at Brackley next season I trust we will get Promoted.
February 2014

Short month as 2 games were Postponed, 2 Draws and a win isn't bad but we should of won both games and struggled to hold our leads, Ryan Doble is becoming a major player for us scoring 4 in 3.

So we're out of the relegation by Goal Difference... but only 2 points behind 15th so the Season seems wide open, Still aiming for a high mid table finish and hope I don't get sacked, When I first took the job 11 games in and sat dead last with a minor 3 points [I THINK] they wanted me to get promoted so I think regardless what I do, I will get sacked But for my self and future jobs I'm hoping I can get a high finish
Good luck - hope you stay up!!

March 2014

After we've picked our self up and going into the Gainsborough game unbeaten in 12 I felt we was going to lose, We Didn't play good in the Harrogate no Stalybridge but any point will do at the moment, Ryan Doble with 5 Goals in 6, Showing he's still our main boy.

3 Points clear of Relegation but 5 games remaining, I'm confident we will stay up as our form is great even though 3 of the 5 games are very hard mainly cause One team is sat 1st and the other 2 in top 8 so We need to try our best and hope we stay up!
@TonkaWolves115 - Thanks mate
April - End of the Season

Not a bad way to end of the season and Shocked we beat Chorley as they were sat first almost the whole season and our win cost them promotion, Bradford PA Seem to be a bogey team but we've stayed up and we'll have to see what next season brings.

so it then end a 16th place finish isn't really too bad considering where I started from, I don't think the board will keep me on though but we'll have to see and hope another team opens up if I do get sacked.

Dave Hibbert actually Scored a hatrick in the Plays offs to send Tamworth up, It's nice to see Doble become second most Average Rating.

Thought I'd just throw this in even though nobody will know the players, Saying that next season I will be updating with more detail and hopefully a better layout, I rushed this one because I started late into the season and was thrown Straight into a game.

After the end of the Season I decided to Resign as Manager of Brackley, Only a few days, weeks later I applied for jobs and somebody came calling.

They finished 1st in National Championship - G, But Failed in the Promotion Stage by finishing 3rd, That was good enough to sack their manager which is worrying but hopefully I can get them promoted, They've got money and a good squad.
Life in Portugal

Full Name: Clube Oriental de Lisboa
Known as: Oriental
Founded: 1946
Capacity: 8,500

So This is the squad once I joined... and you can see it's lacking many positions and over stacked with Central Defenders, So my goal is to go on the hunt for some freebies and with the team releasing a few players before I joined and it having a decent wage budget I should be able to get the players and even backups, Not sure at this moment who looks like my main man but we'll have to see in pre-season.

[Transfers IN]

So this is the squad after I finished my transfers, It's looking much better and we should be able to Challenge for promotion, A few old heads and a few young for the future perfect Rotation so I'm looking forward to this season.

The FM14 Classic formation, 4-2-3-1, Didn't work for me at Brackley but it seems to fit perfect for this team.

The 4-4-2, Well.. 4-2-2-2, Worked perfect for me at Brackley and doesn't fit this team to much but defends really well so will be using this for the Big games.

Not a bad pre-season but we shouldn't of lost to Alcohestense, That's a shame.
Hard to pick who was the stand out of the Pre-season games, But it will have to go to, Filipe Falardo who I announced as our Vice Captain.
